This is a uncomplicated tool for UniColor, UniformParameter & KitConfig editor inwards Pro Evolution Soccer 2019.
Features from older versions:
- Supports alone PC files - console files are NOT supported conduct (use multi-converter to convert your files from/to console formats)
- kits per squad configuration
- kit types - normal, GK, CL (still available to choose, but won't operate in-game, due to removal of licensed Champions League mode)
- kit icons
- kit colors (for kit choice menu, etc.)
- add/remove kits to squad (up to 10 kits per team)
- conversion of unlicensed squad entries to licensed (to enable CL kits)
- ability to delete unwanted unlicensed squad entries (e.g. duplicated teams)
- ability to add together novel squad entries (e.g. for extra teams that yous already created past times yourself inwards Team.bin)
- ability to delete licensed squad entries via popup menu
- saved .bin files are ever zlib-compressed

- ability to delete kits stored inwards EDIT00000000, that were created inwards Edit agency (two options - deletion of all edit agency kits per private licensed squad (on 'Licensed UniColor entries' tab) together with global deletion of each together with every edit agency kit available (on 'Misc' tab)) - around other semi-experimental characteristic which may or may non solve the problems that seem because information inwards UniColor together with EDIT00000000 are non ideally synchronized.

- Completely reworked Open/Save files work-flow - run into the subsequent "Really, really, read me carefully" department ;)
- Fully automated uniformparameter.bin file handling
- On File > Open, all kit config .bin files are automatically extracted from uniformparameter.bin
- On File > Save, but alone if yous had modified at to the lowest degree 1 kit config .bin file, all the kit config .bin files are automatically re-built into a novel uniformparameter.bin
- Kits preview choice - enabled again, .ftex format is non an obstruction whatever more
